Vitamin E is still beneficial

In recent years, several shoddy studies were conducted that left many people thinking that taking vitamin E would be dangerous. Now, new research at a Harvard Medical School again confirms that taking vitamin E does, in fact, reduce the risk of disease. In this 10 year study, taking 600 IU of E every other day substantially lowered the risk of life threatening blood clots.
