Lack of magnesium may lead to osteoporosis and heart disease

Aggressive marketing of calcium, but not magnesium, has put us in danger of dietary imbalances and other health problems. Excess calcium, without magnesium, rather than being excreted, is deposited in the wrong places. We must have enough magnesium to balance the calcium.
