Vitamin D lowers blood pressure

New findings from a long-term study in this country suggests that vitamin D may help lower systolic blood pressure (the higher number) among healthy Caucasian men. Population studies show that low vitamin D is a world wide concern. Adults should get at least 1000 iu’s daily.
